We have lived here for 2 years now. It is very spacious, has plenty of storage space, and a large patio. We have only had one noise issue since coming here and it was quickly resolved. We have had small issues with our apartment that were quickly resolved by the wonderful matinence man.

The leasing staff is super friendly and responsive, they treated me like we were already friends. We just moved into a 2 bed 1 bath, and I'll say the size of the place is efficient and has a homey feel to it.
Sometimes they don't collect at all. Smells awful, you have no choice but to walk through it. Even when you complain of a health hazard it takes days and 2 reminders before the sewage gets power washed.
